RETAIL MANAGER
RETAIL KOSTER
Purpose of the position:
The incumbent is responsible for the ongoing management and administration of the
shop.
Responsibilities will include the following:
Controlling purchases
Sales and marketing
Stockholding
Budgeting
Personnel management
Relevant general administrative tasks
Risk management
Minimum requirements:
Grade 12 certificate
Tertiary qualification will be beneficial
At least six (6) years’ retail businesses experience
Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English.

Ability to lead a team
Detail-oriented
Responsible and reliable
Results-driven
Displays resilience

Die posbekleër is verantwoordelik vir die deurlopende bestuur en administrasie van die
winkel.
Verantwoordelikhede sal die volgende insluit:
Beheer oor aankope
Verkope en bemarking
Voorraadhouding
Opstel van begrotings
Personeelbestuur
Relevante algemene administratiewe take
Risikobestuur
Minimum vereistes:
Gr. 12-sertifikaat
Tersiêre kwalifikasie sal voordelig wees
Minstens ses (6) jaar ondervinding in kleinhandelondernemings
Ten volle tweetalig in Afrikaans en Engels.

Vermoë om 'n span te lei
Moet detailgeoriënteerdheid wees
Sin vir verantwoordelikheid en betroubaarheid
Moet resultaatgedrewe wees
Moet veerkragtigheid toon
